Balance Now is a user-friendly app that allows you to easily track and manage all your account balances. The app provides valuable information on your current account balance, helping you avoid exceeding your limit or incurring any overdraft fees.

With Balance Now, you can effortlessly monitor up to 12 separate accounts, including cash, expenses, debit cards, credit cards, checking accounts, tax deductions, purchases, sales, project costs, trip costs, vacation expenses, and more.

The app also simplifies the management of recurring transactions. You can specify the amount, next occurrence date, and frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) of the transaction, and it will automatically be reflected in your account balance on the correct day. You can easily view and edit all your recurring transactions as needed.

Balance Now boasts a user-friendly interface. The app features a large custom numeric keypad that allows you to enter the amount with ease. For debit accounts, simply tap "Add" or "Spend," while for credit accounts, use "Spent" or "Payment." You also have the option to add transaction descriptions by typing them or selecting from a pre-defined list.

To help you balance your checkbook effortlessly, Balance Now offers an optional pending flag. By default, new items are marked as "Cleared," but you can label them as "Pending." Pending items are not included in the total balance on your statement. This feature makes account balancing a breeze - just mark the items that have not cleared yet as "Pending," and your statement balance should match the cleared balance.

Adding transactions to Balance Now is hassle-free. The app automatically inserts the transaction date for you but allows you to edit it if needed. This feature also enables you to add forgotten transactions by inserting them at the correct chronological order in the list.

When it comes to security, Balance Now ensures your privacy. Unlike other apps that require access to a website, Balance Now stores all your account files locally. Additionally, you can lock individual accounts and assign an optional password to the app for added protection.

Backup and restore functionality is also available in Balance Now. Your files are automatically backed up when you perform a general backup of the app. Moreover, you can conveniently backup all your account information, including recurring transactions, to any email address with a single command. If needed, you can restore your account information using the attached account files sent via email. Account information transfer to other devices with Balance Now App is also supported.

Balance Now offers flexibility in transaction descriptions. You can either type a custom description or customize the description list by adding new descriptions or deleting existing ones. The app displays the descriptions in alphabetical order for easy reference.

Generate detailed reports with Balance Now by specifying a date range, and optionally include specific transaction descriptions or amounts. Reports include information such as the date, pending flag, description, amount, balance, and cleared balance. You also have the option to email the report to yourself or others.
